The Boulder Junction area has 50+ miles of scenic paved bike trails (and growing) so bring your bike! COVID 19 - Besides the normal cleaning and clean linens and bedding between guests, we are also changing mattress pads and pillows this summer. We will do our best to disinfect/wipe all common touch areas (door knobs, light switches, remote, fridge door handles, faucets, table, etc.) Soft furniture surfaces and outdoor items like the grill, boat, kayaks, picnic table will not be wiped. Cleaning practices: We have always followed the health department regulations for hotel cleaning standards. Here are the steps we are taking for your safety: ? Towels, linens, blankets and sheets are fresh washed and stocked in the linen closets. ? Mattress pads are treated with disinfectant before making beds ? Hard surfaces, floors, counters, vanities are washed with disinfecting detergent ? Showers, sinks, toilets, baths and dishwasher are bleach treated and cleaned ? The house is vacuumed, dusted and staged for each guest ? Beds will not be made. Fresh sheets will be placed on your bed so that you know that each bed has clean linens. You will be responsible for making your beds ? We will be using quat disinfectant on all hard surfaces including tables, door knobs, doors, as well as all of the hard surfaces previously cleaned. If you haven’t read about quaternary (quat) is an industrial disinfectant used by healthcare, hospitality and education industries. This germicide is a proven Coronavirus germ killer. We selected this cleaning product because of its effectiveness, safe application in the kitchen environment as well as quat’s low odor and no residue characteristics.
